Hi,
If already studying in the BHMS college, then you need to pay the remaining tuition fees for the entire to get NOC for taking admission in MBBS. For example if you are studying in first year and have paid fees for first year then you need to inform the administrative staff regarding leaving the college, they will ask you to deposit the tuition fees for remaining years and give you the NOC. This NOC will make you eligible to take admission in MBBS or any other program
