No, you can't get admission in Delhi university (DU) without maths. Maths is notified as compulsory subject with 50% for getting admission. Coming to government Colleges in Delhi,

• Indian statistical institute

Aayushi, it depends on your category, Delhi University declares cut-off for different categories. If we consider general category than you need to score 95 percent or more in class 12th board exams to get good college which offers courses for Information Technology.
