The form For Delhi University was supposed to be released today  that is 2nd April,2020 but till now it has not been released and there is no notification regarding this on the site but to stay updated on the happening keep visiting the DU Official Site, they will update

Yes, maths is compulsory to be added while calculating best of four marks when applying  for admissions to  Bachelor's in economics honors from colleges which come under the University of delhi.
