It is very much difficult to get a seat with this rank even with a Delhi State quota. Delhi is said to have the highest cutoff all over the country. According to last year's data , the cutoff was 562 with a closing rank of 5428 for genral

If you have mentioned your category as general category in application , then you cannot change your category from general category to OBC category during admission process . Check whether the examination authority has given time to make corrections .

If you certificate is for All India then it's valid if not then it can be used in your state only. Since, it's OBC NCL, you'll get few benefits in your state for sure. Just make sure it's not 6 months older, if it is then please get
