no you can't do b.ed just after your 12 as candidates muster have a graduation or masters degree having 50% aggregate marks .if you have btech/B.e degrre than agregate marks needed is 55 %
B.ed is a 2 years program and du conducts an entrance exam for this

you haven't mentioned the course you want to take the admissions in .the % recquirements is different for different subjects . it is high for subjects like maths,CS,physics etc and slightely low for subjects like life sciences or instrumentation . it is also important to know your category.
