EWS quota will not have any major effect on the cutoff this year in my opinion. According to the criteria of EWS, almost all of the general category students will fall under the quota(~90% students). So if all of the students are given the quota it is like

no problem akhila  If an applicant has scored: Physics 90 (theory 50, practical 40; max. marks theory 60, practical 40), 

and Chemistry 91(theory 52, practical 39; max. marks theory 60, practical 40) which is not in ratio of 

70: 30, then the marks can be converted on pro rata basis

Your question seems to be a bit contradictory. As you are saying you are registered using EWS quota and you get a college on that basis, then if you give up that status later in the procedure then it will revoke your admission too.
