While applying for any course, only the best of four is considered. But there are certain guidelines as to how your nest of four should be calculated. The best of four should include one language, the subject you want admission in ( in your case which is Sociology)

To avail the Delhi state quota you must have completed your class 12th within the territorial area of Delhi. Since Ghaziabad lies in Uttar Pradesh, you cannot avail the home state quota for Delhi and hence will not be able to apply for the 85 percent state quota

you cannot include fine arts or physical education for the calculation of best 4 subjects in st. Stephens college. You need to include one language subject and 3 core subjects and these both are Not core subjects. If you will include those there will be a deduction of around
