The cutoffs are calculated by a team of teachers and professors taking into account the pass Percentage of each state, the number of students scoring above 90 percentage and 95 percentage respectively. The cutoffs maybe different for different colleges or can also be the same. You can check them once the University has rolled them out on their official website - du.ac.in .
