Sorry, you have scored very less to be eligibile for any colleges under Delhi University. The cutoffs of Delhi University are very high enough, usually above 90%. Therefore you will not be able to get an admission in DU.

I would suggest you to look for other colleges

For BA course you need to have more than 75-79% in your 12th exam. With this score you can get admission in BA course if not in 1st cut off list then surely in 2nd to 3rd cut off list. If you have any further queries do comment down below

Yes you can get admission in Miranda house with 95%. But for honors i can't assure you as the result of class 12th this time was really very high due to which there are chances of cut off going high in various colleges. So
