Congrats on your result. Yes Sanjana, you can get a good college in Delhi University. I could help you even more if you'd have mentioned your preferred course. You can get admission in Daulat Ram for BA(Hons) in Economics as the last year's final cutoff was 88.5% so

Yes, Including atleast one language subject in the top 4 is necessary as required by Delhi University. The other 3 have to be core subjects. The language subject can be English, hindi or any other language subject you had in 12th.
