all the colleges for Delhi University have the same criteria for bcom course. For bcom honours maths is compulsory in all the colleges. No college takes admission in bcom honours without maths. However all the colleges also take admission in bcom programme without maths.

Sorry You can't get admission in DU as they want very high 12 th board examination percentage . 64% is very less for them but don't loose hopes you can apply for other colleges.
