Yes, you will.
But not in the first few cutoffs of course bumecause the cut offs go very high.

But you should get into South Campus colleges by 2nd-3rd cut off. And you have a chance at North Campus colleges like Khalsa and Kirori Mal, by 4th-6th cut off. Make sure you produce your OBC certificate and that your score is best of 4 percentage, which should English/any other language subject.
