Of course you can get Admission into the University of Delhi, but with the percentage you have secured you might not either get a college of your choice or subject of your choice. You'll have to compromise with one of these because you cannot have both at 80%.

Yes, you can fill the form.

General category student having 50% in their graduation or in the final year can apply for the course.

While in the case of SC/ST candidates is minimum  40% and OBC, PWD and CW category is minimum 45%.

you have not mentioned anything about which subjects you want to pursue in bsc. and cutoff differs year to year and subject to subject. how wver you marks is really good in 10+2.
