If you hav ecompleted your graduation feom recognised University with minimum aggregate 50%marks in graduation from General category then yiu are eligible. And Must have also appeared for DU LLB exam.

91 in Psychology is decent marks but for admission in BA(H) Psychology in Delhi University, your overall percentage will be taken into account and not just marks in Psychology. 

For Amity University , an interview will be conducted but the minimum percentage should be 50% in class 12th.

Well admission in university of delhi took place on the basis of cut off which which is released by university of delhi colleges after declaration of 12th board result. And cut off in du goes above 90 percent. So just work very hard for your 12th board and

No you shall not be eligible as minimum 50%graduation marks are required from recognised University for eligibility into DU LLb course.

Fee for LLM 1st year at DU for 2018-19:

Fee for students already enrolled with University of Delhi= 5579/-.
Fee for students not enrolled with University of Delhi =5729/-.
For M.C.L. students = Rs. 5729/- +$200.

Hi Priya! DU JAT is an undergraduate entrance exam for BBA/BMS programmes offered by Delhi University. Since you have already completed your graduation and most likely to not fulfil the age limit also, you don't seem to be eligible for DU JAT. 

In order to take admission for three years law programme in Delhi University, You need to appear DULLB Entrance Exam conducted by Delhi University. The registration starts in the month of between May & June. You can check the complete information about with the given below link.
