You can apply for ULSAT if you have Minimum 50% Marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12 th ). As you are studying in Delhi and this final year of your UG programme I would recommend you to go for a 3 year LLB programme instead

The chances are less to release 11th cutoff of Delhi University, If it release & you get any other college then you can go, You need to contact the college official to complete the formalities of the withdrawal your admission.
