Yes, You can pursue two educational degree simultaneously one from regular and the other from distance but it is not advisable, I would suggest you to go for any one programme.

The chances are less to release 11th cutoff of Delhi University, If it release & you get any other college then you can go, You need to contact the college official to complete the formalities of the withdrawal your admission.

Difference is timing and teaching Faculties at Du. 

Cutoff trends too are hivher for morning as Faculty is much better. 

Secondly All othe rjob opportunities and degrees are same.

Morning is always preferable so students can utilise day seamlessly.

Well, there is no such official announcement regarding 11th cut off of the University of Delhi. It's not confirmed that du is going to release 11th cut-off or not. So wait till the official announcement.
