Yes it has all the basic necessities But the don't have wifi Or smart boards they just have normal boards But there is the need of hygiene in the campur as well as the canteens are not clean they must do that
I am studying bcom I think the curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field but I don't think that they will make me job ready The knowledge isn't enough for the job purpose
I don't know much about the placements , no of students placed and the salary package but as much I know students get placements from the college and the salary offered is also decent according to the job
My course is bcom and it cost around 8 to 9 thousand per year I think I get my money's worth as they provide enough knowledge according to that otherwise many colleges don't even provide knowledge and charge a lot of money
Teachers support students means the teachers are supportive The location of campus is also quite nice everything is near from there It's safe as well as emergencies can be handled easily there due to the location
Talking about the structure of the college, it is not that much great, but it is good, but I think the amount which we are paying. It should include good furniture for studying and also a good kind of board or a digital board, which is nowadays used in every colleges, but my college has been not getting it so that’s it.
I have been studying in this university because it is convenient for me as I have my house located nearby it. The quality of teaching is so so because mostly the professors are absent so that’s why it is very bad that we go to college and we don’t get our professors and we have to skip the classes. It is hectic for me and they are not making us job ready as they doesn’t have that much time to do.
in my college. The quality of placement is at the worst because mostly the students are not getting placed and the maximum salary includes five LPA which is not great which is not great. It should make the student to attend more placement opportunities. attend job opportunities, et cetera
as for not talking about value for money. It is not costly for me as I am a very regular student. I don’t have to pay much for that. It is worth for my money as it will give me a graduation degree and after that, I can spend all of my remaining ones in a good post graduation thing
The only thing that my campus have given me a good life that means my friends I have met so many good people here that are so nice to me and have made my campus life. Very good and chill. So yeah, that’s the only benefit that I get from my college.
Infrastructure is good . A student can enjoy after the lecture ends . There is facility of drinking water all over the campus. Classrooms are also good but can be more better . For hygiene of canteens I'll give 10 out of 5.
My course is B.COM Regular . I would say that not every facility is good but some professor are soo good that they really wants want to give lecture but most of them are like lazy peoples and does not even talk properly to students.
For Placement my university is not good. From 2023 when I got admission the highest package I have noted is 5.5 lpa and minimum 2.5 lpa. My college is for environment not for taking placement. If student is dreaming of good placement then I will not prefer Lucknow University.
As my fees is 7000 per year I can say that university is value for money for me . For other courses in regular branch Little bit but there is not huge difference. For financial assistance University also provide scholarship program.
Student want to be free from tension of studies don't I will say to take addmission.
All those faculties are available in my college, which is important for a best institution, the infrastructure there is also very good, the libraries, classrooms, auditorium, playgrounds are all well maintained.
I am doing bcom from University of Lucknow because this is very good institution.the teachers here teach very well and also motivate the students well for their future and for their future studies. I have learnt a lot by coming here, there have been alot of development and growth which will be very helpful for my future and I will also get a good placement through this.
LU's placement are also very good, maximum students here get placements, maximum 60% students have got placement till now. Till now the highest salary was getting that is 14 lakhs and the college also supports alot and helps the students alot in getting the best placement.
University of Lucknow is best institution for graduation, all facilities are available here.the hostels are alos best and main thing is the fee are also limited and affordable, and the teachers and the staffs both are very supportive. I feel so lucky to be the part of this institution and I also recommend this college to my friend and juniors for graduation.
It looks beautiful and campus is big . Classrooms are big .it is having separate buildings for different courses and also labs with equipment of good quality. There are two library in campus next to each other

Over the last five years, the University of Lucknow’s Central Placement Cell (CPC) has shown significant improvement in placement packages, particularly from 2021 to 2023. For UG 3‑year programs, the median package rose sharply from INR 4.7 LPA in 2021 to INR 7.95 LPA in 2023—a ~70% increase . UG 4‑year (BTech) median salaries increased from INR 5.66 LPA (2021) to INR 7.50 LPA (2023) . UG 5‑year (integrated law/science) programs also saw growth, reaching around INR 8.12 LPA in 2023 . PG 2‑year courses climbed from INR 5.78 LPA in 2021 to INR 7.45 LPA in 2023 . In 2023, the campus saw around 197 recruiters, with the highest CTC hitting INR 23.6–24.8 LPA (largely from ONGC) and average packages around INR 8.6 LPA, median ~INR 14.4 LPA . Top recruiters included ONGC, Samsung, MRF, Infosys, HCL, ICICI, and more . However, some students express concerns: in domains like MBA and BCom/MCom, placements often translate to BPO or sales roles with lower in‑hand pay, and issues like restrictive post‑offer policies and alleged unethical hires (e.g., Talent Serve) have been reported .
Yes it is good college .
The college offers modern classrooms, well-equipped labs, a spacious library, and good infrastructure Hostel and sports facilities are decent, ensuring a balanced academic and campus life. It is very good
The college provides a strong academic environment with experienced faculty, updated curriculum, and regular seminars. Continuous assessments, industry exposure, and supportive learning resources enhance student growth and career readiness.
The college offers average placement opportunities. While some reputed companies visit the campus, most placements are in mid-level firms. Students need to actively seek off-campus drives for better prospects. Training support is helpful.
The college is value for money with affordable fees and decent facilities. It offers good academic support, basic infrastructure, and opportunities for growth, making it a reasonable choice for budget-conscious students.
Campus life is vibrant and enjoyable with cultural fests, clubs, and sports activities. Students get a chance to explore talents beyond academics. Friendly environment and supportive peers make campus life engaging and memorable.
It had a good infrastructure and overall good facilites provides for students to help them in their core development it had a big library with all the necessary materials available for our studies. Overall it was good
Studies in lu was not much great the faculty was good but not a great experience with the faculty. A decent good and knowledgeable faculty who would help is whenever needed and it provided a decent base to us
Placement opportunities were not really available in university if lucknow and hence their were no opportunities for us to grow and take advantage of internshios and webinar and hence it lacked in that
College infrastructure was good it has effective facilities and equipments Clean classrooms and good internet facility for better help in studies A good library with sufficient books available for all courses.
I studies bcom from university of lucknow and graduated in year 2019. The faculty was good and knowledgeable and would help out whenever needed. The course provided according to me was only theoretical without any practical knowledge of the practical scenarios of the market
Placements at university of lucknow was not up to the mark. There were very less opportunity provided to us for our career growth and base of the start of our career. No internships were available which we can take to utilise our college time
Classrooms are good enough but there are no modern facilities. The library is there, but more organized and up to date in book editions. The college itself is good in terms of campus but the hostel facility is below average.
Teachers professional network would offer students opportunities every now and then, but concept-based class teaching is less practical. We would be given heavy amounts of assignments, internal exams, and term-wise finals.
The median salary offered is about ₹2-3LPA, and the maximum is ₹6–7 LPA, but even that is exceptional. There were very few internships offered by the college, and those that were offered, were marketing profile-based, with hardly any opportunities offered in finance, accounting, or simple commerce streams. I personally had to look for my own internship, and it was an ordinary one.
College infrastructure is really good , we have many facilities in our college campus , each department is very maintained and college campus is very green all over plants and trees , it also have huge library and cyber library too.
Im studing BA in english as english is a subject in which i want to build my future . Academics of my college really focuses on child overall development it follows NEP pattern and all the facility of all the departments are really cooperative.
Each year lots of good student's get placed from my college from various departments . As it is a government university so all the rules and regulations are strictly followed , avg salary from my college totally depends on how skillful student is.
As it is government college that is why you get quality education in very less fees
Campus life at lucknow university is amazing, you get lot to explore here may it be academically or just the Campus, there lots of competition and programes happen in which you can take part.
