The University of Lucknow (UL) was established in 1920. The Lucknow University campus is spread across 223 acres of land. Lucknow University consists of 16 institutes. Lucknow University is a state-run public university and has been recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Lucknow University is also approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI), National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Arts, Unani, Ayurveda, Engineering and Technology, Commerce, Education, Fine Arts, Law and Science are some of the faculties of Lucknow University. There are a total of 50 departments at the university. Lucknow University offers several courses that include BA, B.Com, B.Tech, B.Sc, LLB, BBA, BCA, MA, M.Sc, MBA, M.Ed, LLM, MCA, and PhD.
Before applying for admission to Lucknow University, applicants should meet the minimum eligibility criteria. Lucknow University offers admissions based on the performance of the students in the entrance examinations. Lucknow University scholarships come under the Student Welfare Fund (SWF). There are two schemes that come under the University of Lucknow scholarships - the Chhatra Kalyan Scholarship and the Karmyogi Scheme. SC/ST scholarship is also one of the scholarships. The selection of applicants who require financial aid under the Chhatra Kalyan Scholarship and Karmyogi Scheme is decided by a committee whose chairperson is the Dean of Student Welfare (DSW). There are various sources for SWF and these are - annual contributions from each student, fines paid by students, late fees, and voluntary contributions. University of Lucknow is spread over 220 acres of land and yoga centre, child care centre, student's hostels, guest houses, canteen in every department, health and medical centre, a big ground for sports.
It was good. I enjoyed there.

Great Infrastructure but placement needs to be improved. They have many good facilities, like separate classrooms, a separate computer lab, a separate science lab, and a library too They have good qualities in mess foods, the hostel is great for students and the sports part is fabulous; they have big ground .

The infrastructure of the college is quite good, with decent buildings and monuments. The classrooms are well built with proper ventilation and air conditioning. Hostels are available with all facilities and all types of courts for playing outdoor games. 5G Wi-Fi is available around the campus.
