The selection process of Utkal university is based on the score you obtained and they will be conduct the entrance exam if you get shortlisted then student get to attent the counselling round which held by the utkal university and the admission will be few course and the university will conduct the personal round for the final selection of the cnadidates. 

And the application will be registed online all the application of PG fees is 600.

For taking admission in utkal university in ba llb course students should have passed 10+2 with minimum 45% in case of general category and 40% in case of ST/SC and OBC category.

Admiaaion to this integrated course is based on entrance test which also consiste of general knowledge.
