The candidates who are aspiring to pursue their career in PhD Law should have at least 55% marks in the related Master's degree and the fees structure is of Rs.9500 in the first year fees. The whole fees is Rs.10,300. The course duration is of three years and is full-time. The tuition fees takes up to Rs.8000, registration fees take up to Rs.1500 and other fees take up to Rs.5000. The fees structure is transparent enough for the candidates to pay for the course.

No, you can't get admission for B.pharm in utkal university without OBJEE.  The college only offers admission to the students who has a valid score in OBJEE so OBJEE is mandatory for getting admission into the college for B.pharm course.
