SPJIMR's Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two-year, full-time residential programme equivalent to an an MBA. It is approved by AICTE, accredited by NBA and AMBA, UK, and consistently ranks among India's top 10 management programmes. The programme offers a holistic approach to leadership development, blending classroom learning with immersive experiences. The curriculum is designed by distinguished faculty who incorporate contemporary innovations to accelerate leadership development. The programme aims to develop socially sensitive leaders with a global mindset, equipping students with conceptual knowledge and interpersonal skills for managerial decision-making, fostering innovation, and ensuring practical relevance through domain experiences before graduation.

The fee for Indian participants is INR 26.50 lakhs*

This fee includes tuition fee and basic hostel/ accommodation. *This fee is indicative and is subject to revision.

International participants:

The fee for International participants is INR 35.94 lakhs*

Eligibility Criteria

Indian applicants: Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (10+2+3) from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. Final year graduation students can also apply.

International applicants: Must hold a Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA from an institute deemed a university in their country of residence. The degree must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent, and be recognised by AIU/appropriate authorities. Final year graduation students can also apply. Work experience is not mandatory.

Admission Details

Applicants are shortlisted based on their profiles and qualifying scores in entrance exams (CAT/GMAT). Profiles are evaluated and sorted into profile-based and profile-cum-score-based groups. Shortlisted candidates are typically called for an interview in January and February, with final results announced in March.

SPJIMR's campus feels like it was designed keeping the students in mind. The classrooms are really well-equipped and the hostels are very comfortable. The campus staff is prompt in responding to all requests.

SPJIMR's campus is a perfect blend of modern facilities and natural beauty. The new gym in the recreation centre is ideal for fitness enthusiasts; the centre also provides many sports facilities. The peaceful library offers a calm space to study and unwind. The serene lake and the Bhavan's Nature & Adventure Centre provide a perfect backdrop for relaxation, while the campus peacock and adorable cats roam freely. The Wi-Fi is available throughout, and all the hostel rooms have ACs.
