SPJIMR’s Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM) is an 18-month AICTE-approved General Management programme, ideal for experienced executives with over three years of work experience. The programme commences with an online module for two months, an on-campus residential module for 12 months, and four months of start-up/social impact projects and international immersion. PGPM addresses the unique needs of accomplished and ambitious professionals/executives seeking career acceleration or transition. The programme allows its participants to chart a customised learning path by choosing one major and two concentration areas available in diverse tracks.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from a recognised university
Minimum three years of relevant work experience at the time of commencement of the programme
GMAT and CAT scores are accepted. The GMAT Focus Edition exam scores will be accepted for PGPM Batch 22.
Scores for GMAT taken between September 30, 2020 and September 30, 2025.
It is mandatory for the applicants to submit the GMAT (Online/Offline/Focus) scores through the GMAC portal for it to be considered for the application. You can use PGPM programme code: 6DQ-MJ-12 or search by name “S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research – Post Graduate Programme in Management” and select the same from the drop-down menu.
CAT scores for the last three years, i.e. 2023, 2024 and 2025, will be considered. Applicants are required to submit a copy of the score report.

Admission Details

SPJIMR follows a rolling admissions process. Applicants submit an online form and pay the application fee. Shortlisting is profile-based, considering academic record, quality of work experience, versatility, and achievements. Shortlisted candidates undergo at least two rounds of personal interviews. Final admission offers are made based on the overall profile, entrance exam scores, and interview performance.
