For sponsored candidates: Passed B.E/B.Tech.in Civil Engineering or allied stream with a minimum of 50% and working for the past 2 years (730 days) after B.E/B.Tech. With the current (sponsoring) employer. Merit will be based on B.E./B.Tech. examination % or pointer.
