B.Sc Nursing at Annai Veilankanni's College of Nursing, Chennai Offline Course

Age: Candidate should have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or would complete the said age on or before 31st December of the year of admission (first year) to the Nursing course.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates should have passed the senior secondary examination minimum of 45% marks in English and each science subject which includes Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany & Zoology)

“Individual Pass in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botany and Zoology (both Theory and Practical) and English with a minimum of 40% marks in each of the above subjects and with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology”.

For SC/ST candidates – the minimum percentage of marks is 35%.

Medical fitness:

The candidate must produce a medical fitness certificate from an authorized Medical Officer to undergo the academic course.

Eligibility certificate:

Candidates who have passed any qualifying examination other than the higher secondary examination conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu or other states should produce an eligibility certificate from Tamil Nadu. Dr. M.G.R. Medical University before seeking admission.
