The eligibility criteria to be get admission in M.Sc Physics through IIT JAM 2021 is that a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree and must have studied Physics and Mathematics for 2 years or 4 semesters from a recognized board. Candidates belonging to general category and OBC category must score minimum 55% aggregate marks or 5.5 CGPA on a 10 point scale. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD must score minimum 50% marks or 5.0 CGPA on a 10 point scale.

So if you have studied Physics and Mathematics in graduation for a minimum of 2 years or 4 semesters and scored the minimum aggregate marks in specified against your category then you are eligible to appear for IIT JAM.

Let me know you that arya pg college is affiliated to kurukshetra university. So here the thing is that most of students get direct admission in this college and some through 12th board. So there is no need to fill any kind of application form to get admission in this college. You go  to college and check out the process for the admission.
