The college has a well spacious and capacious library that is automated and well stocked with about 9315 volumes, 1900 titles, 08 national and international journals, and 15 various weekly fortnightly and monthly magazines of related fields. 9 periodical English, Hindi, Punjabi newspapers etc. In addition, the college has also a number of CDs, DVDs, VCDs, Maps, slides, presentation files, and discussion papers regarding different trades. The College library is equipped with the latest library soft wares to provide an effective service and scholar friendly atmosphere. Games and sports are not only important for success in the studio but it is important for success in every walks of our life. Games and sports include all outdoor and indoor games and also athletics. In ancient Greece, they formed the principal part of education. In the advanced countries of the present day also they are a regular feature of the school and college curriculum. Games and sports may be of various kinds. Apart from school or college sports, boys and girls may practice races, and jumps, discuss throw and javelin throws and thus pass their afternoon in useful activities. They may play various games like football, cricket, hockey, volleyball, basketball, badminton, etc. College Games and sports are annual affairs. Sports are generally held in winter months. Students take part in various games like high and long jumps, pole vaults, go-as-you-like, and different kinds of races. These annual sports foster competitive spirit and sportsmanship. It is an important part of a student’s life. Sometimes inter class tournaments are held in relation to football, hockey, cricket, tennis, cycling, volleyball, badminton, etc. These games foster team spirit among the participants and make them disciplined. The importance of games and sports can never be minimized.

here is Computer Lab For Learning Technologies computer labs across campus. These lab spaces are used for scheduled BKSJGI classes, general drop-in/open-use for BKSJGI students, and summer conferences. Lab computers require logging on with an active CruzID & Blue password. Below are general categories and links to common services related to ITS Learning Technologies computer labs. Beyond the computer labs, there are also computer workstations and Engineering libraries. Lab computer platforms include Macintosh, Windows, and Unix (Linux). Capacity in computer labs ranges from eight to 48 workstations, and locations are distributed throughout the BKSJGI campus. In some locations, computer labs are equipped with specialized instructional technology equipment (HD data projectors, scanners, and video editing stations).
Most labs are staffed with consultants.To meet the demands of Industries and to improve the learning caliber of our students, our College has a well-modernized computing environment within the campus with sophisticated state-of-the-art computer labs with high configuration computer systems.*HCL – Core i3 Systems,* Intel Core i3 with 3.20 GHz,* 2 GB RAM* 500 GB Hard Disk.* HCL 15.6” LCD COLOUR MONITOR. All the systems are distributed to the various departments of the college.

A full-fledged Transport department functions in the college with buses to provide transport facilities to students and staff from various places. This service is offered to ensure hassle-free and safe transportation. The College runs 25 buses for providing transport facilities to students from various places in the city. The number of buses will be increased corresponding to the increase in the intake of students.

• Buses will start from a fixed place at a fixed time and reach the College campus. The starting place and the time will be announced in a separate notice.
• The buses will stop only at the fixed stoppings on the way and not in other places. Students are advised to come to the stoppings well in advance.
• Students should maintain complete silence and discipline while traveling. If anybody misbehaves or makes a noise or whistles, he/she will be immediately dropped off of the bus. They will not be allowed again to board the bus.
• First, three rows of seats are reserved for the staff members, and students are advised to occupy the remaining seats.

The College's whole campus is well connected through wired as well as wireless networks. Students are able to have access to the internet with 10 Mbps connectivity. The coverage of Wi-Fi is not only restricted to classrooms but also extends to all areas including the library, auditorium, cafeteria, and hostels. Eventually, it enables BKSJEC to switch over to innovative and recent teaching and learning methodologies.

The College Canteens and cafeterias are important parts of student life where you can find most of the students chatting and gossiping about different topics. It plays a vital role in removing tensions and refreshing students. The college canteen is fairly new and provides enough delicious food at affordable rates. Baba Kuma Singh Ji Group of institute has the facility of spacious, clean, and hygienic canteens and cafeterias that cater to the taste of all students. Canteens can conveniently accommodate 250 students at a time. The College has 3 canteens and one cafeteria inside the campus in which a variety of dishes are available at most nominal rates. The canteens and cafeterias remain open on all working days. It provides all types of nutritious and hygienic eatables and beverages to cater to students, staff, and visitors. One can enjoy delicious food at a very reasonable price. We have exclusively added an Ice-cream parlor, a store of Monginis, and some coffee points to our facility within the campus of the engineering college that is open from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm daily. You can easily get various types of eateries from local food to various fast foods. In the morning you can start your day with a sip of tea and some eatables. For lunch, we offer all kinds variety rice, chapatti, paratha, etc. In the evening you can have light snacks sandwiches, patties, cakes, samosa, idli, vada, and much more. All bakery items such as cakes, bread, puffs, cream buns, and patties are available the whole day. All the canteens, cafeterias, and various food points have strict instructions from the college management to serve the food for the students at very reasonable prices. You can have your normal veg. lunch and dinner at Rs. 25 only (rice/roti, dal, sabzi, papad, chutney). The college does not charge any food expenses to students; they have to pay only for meals when they are having them. We have always tried to serve the students best food at the cheapest rate.

The college has to provide round-the-clock medical facilities to the students, Medic Aid is provided to Students and Staff Members.BKSJGI possesses a fully-fledged medical dispensary under the supervision of well-qualified and experienced doctors as well as nurses. Salient features in this regard are:-

BKSJGI works with a spirit to infuse mutual cooperation and growth in its employees as well as students. For the welfare of the students, Dean Students Welfare, Hostel Wardens, and round-the-clock Medical experts are available. They take every precaution for the welfare of the students while performing their duty with utmost responsibility and care. Teachers work as Class Counselors and look at the basic needs of the students in terms of their studies and other requirements. These BKSJGI also remain in regular touch with the parents so as to keep them informed about the performance of their wards in college.

The college has a girls' hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
