24 MonthsBachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a full-time two-year Undergraduate course offered by Indira Gandhi University, Meerpur, and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate who has passed the Eligibility Conditions for Admission to B.Ed. Two two-year regular courses as per NCTE Norms are as follows:
- Candidates with at least 50% (47.5% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Visually/Hearing Impaired and
- Differently Abled Candidates of Haryana only) marks either in the Bachelor's Degree and/or in the Master's Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanity, Bachelor‟s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks (52.25% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Visually/Hearing Impaired and Differently Abled Candidates of Haryana only) or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the program.
Admission Details
Admission shall be on a merit basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the State Government/UT administration and the University.
