Bagadhar Brahma Kishan College, Jalahghat Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The College has a girls’ hostel which accommodates 32 girl students.

The college also provides accommodation to the boy's students in its BOYS HOSTEL with a boarding capacity of fifteen students.  

The College Library has a good collection of textbooks, general books, rare books, journals, periodicals, and newspapers. It caters to the needs of about 1000 readers consisting of teachers, students, employees, and others. The college library, though not very large, is better organized. It has one student reading room and one teacher reading room. The number of books at present in the Library is around 20,000. The library functions in a cataloging and close access system from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. on all working days. A computer has already been installed, and computerization of the reading materials has been done. Xerox facility is available in the Library for students, teachers, and outsiders at a concessional rate. A non-transferable library Identity Card is issued to each student along with a College Identity Card at the time of admission. In case of loss of the card, students are advised to immediately report to the Librarian and get a duplicate one.

The College Gym functions in open access to its members who will have to register their names and is maintained by the student union Body of the college.

The College has an indoor stadium for Badminton, Carom, Chess, etc playing provisions are provided.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has a good networking for the alumni association.

The college has hygienic canteen which provides minimum standard of food qualities at reasonable rate

The college has well-equipped laboratories for all the Science subjects. The college has provided all the basic instruments and chemicals for purpose of learning Science.

The college inaugurated a health club facility for the students.

The college has an Extracurricular activities facility for all students.
