24 MonthsDiploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is a two-year full-time diploma program offered by the State Council of Educational Research and Training, Assam, and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) with 50% marks (aggregate).
SC/ST (P)/ST (H) candidates receive a 5% relaxation.
Admission Details
The candidates have to appear in a PRE-ENTRY TEST (PET) for 100 marks conducted by SCERT, Assam, and qualified candidates will be selected for the course. Selection will be made purely on a merit basis depending on the total marks obtained in the Pre-Entry Test and in HSSLC/Graduation Examinations. SCERT Assam sends the list of selected candidates to the college.
