Bhargava College of Engineering and Technology, Samba (BCET) started its operations in the year 2014. It is a private affiliated college. BCET Samaba is located in Langath, Samba, Jammu and Kashmir. The institute offers education in the stream of Engineering and Architecture. BCET Samba occupies a vast area of land of 10. 23 acres It is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). 

Bhargava College of Engineering and Technology, Samba provides five undergraduate courses with a total seat enrolment of 330 students.  The college provides well designed curriculum and is aided by 48 faculty staff members. BCET Samaba provides quality education in different specialisations. The institute offers B.Tech courses in branches of  Computer Science, Mechanical, Civil, Electronics and Communication and Electrical Engineering.

The campus of Bhargava College of Engineering and Technology, Samba is well equipped with several modern facilities that promote the learning of the students.  BCET Samba has a library, which was established in 2015 and is well-stocked with books and journals in engineering and related fields. The college provides wi-fi technology to enable users to search for online resources easily. The library has a security system and CCTV facility as well.  BCET Samba has modern facilities for boys and girls hostels in the campus. The hostels have rooms with essential facilities, internet services, and also provide air conditioning facilities depending on the requirements of the student.  To support the health and welfare of the community,  Bhargava College of Engineering and Technology, Samba has an on-campus chemist and health centre. The college provides free medical facilities and strategic partnerships with the leading city hospitals.

BCET  Samba offers a total of five BE courses in full-time mode. The BE/B.tech programme is offered for four years. Admission to Bhargava College of Engineering and Technology is done as per the guidelines of the Board of Professional Entrance Examinations popularly known as BOPEE of the state of Jammu and Kashmir. Candidates who wish to join these colleges are required to appear for the JKCET (Jammu and Kashmir Common Entrance Test). The selection is the students is done as per the norms of BOPEE, Jammu and Kashmir. BCET  Samba provides scholarships to meet the education requirements of needy students.
