    Master of Science (M.Sc) in Psychiatric Nursing is a two-year full-time program that is the postgraduate level in the nursing course offered by Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur, and approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).


    Eligibility Criteria

    1. Successful completion of a four-year B.Sc. nursing degree course or a two-year post-basic B.Sc. Nursing Degree (Regular) conducted by Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS)or its equivalent regular programmes conducted by any other recognized university.
    2. One year of experience in any recognized hospital or in a recognized school of nursing, or in a public health agency after registration as Nurse / Midwife. Orae one-year internship after successful completion of a four-year B.Sc nursing course conducted in the state (subject to approval by the Indian Nursing Council)
    3. Candidates with Post Basic B.Sc nursing (Regular) are eligible to apply for M.Sc Nursing directly.
    4. Registration with the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council.
