You need to have an average score of at least 50% (45% marks if you are from SC/ST/OBC category)in Physics, Chemistry & Biology in your class 12 board exams.
Few institutes conduct direct admissions to colleges on the basis of the marks that you have scored in 10+2 or any equivalent exam & few universities conduct specific entrance exam for admission in D pharma courses.
