The concerned staff takes good care that the students get the best of service and makes sure to be available always for any requirement. The College has well managed separate hostels for boys along with a designated warden in each hostel to supervise day-to-day functioning and management.

The College has a computerized air conditioned Library with around 3000 books by Indian as well as International authors. In addition to the subject related books, general books for personality development, general knowledge, handbooks, yearbooks, reference books etc. are also available. The library subscribes to national and international subject journals, magazines of current interest along with national and regional dailies to keep the students abreast with the day to day happenings in the world and their fields of study.
The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students. The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
The College has well equipped Basketball Courts, Cricket pitch, Volley Ball Courts, Indoor Badminton Courts, Table Tennis Tables (Indoor)
The College girl’s gym is located within the hostel limits and is equipped with – treadmills, Cross training, cycling, Strength machines and a dedicated area for aerobics and cardio exercises. The boy’s gym also has all the latest equipment along with – power lifting, weight training, and special training and strength machines.
The College transport facility is spread across a wide range of areas covering Ropar, Kurali, Kharar, Banur, Rajpura, Mandi Gobindgarh, Khanna, Sirhind, Fatehgarh Sahib, Bassi Pathan, Samrala, and Ludhiana etc.
The College students are also being provided Wireless connectivity (Wi-Fi) enabling the students access online information anywhere in and around the campus using their Laptops.
The College has ATM of the Punjab and National Bank (PNB) and State Bank of India (SBI) are placed in-house which provides round-the-clock banking services in the college. This facility can be availed by the students and staff of the college. On enrollment, every student can open an account with the bank and can make full use of banking services, Internet Banking, and A.T.M. facilities.
The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.
The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
The college provides round-the-clock medical facilities to the students, the dispensary is established within the campus that attends to basic medical requirements as well as unforeseen emergencies. CGC possesses a fully-fledged medical dispensary under the supervision of well-qualified and experienced doctors as well as nurses.
The College canteen can easily accommodate around 500 students at a time. The canteen and cafeteria is well equipped with modern furniture and electrical automatic cooking and storing facilities, which provide hot lunch, snacks and beverages both to the students and staff at reasonable rates.
