Yes as you said you have completed your bachelors in psychology already and you are interested for MA . So you can definitely try for it . As there are few seats under Delhi University for ma psychology you can try for it , admission in it is done through entrance test. While you can also check for the private universities if you will not be able to crack the entrance test . There's a entrance test for this course in bhu also . So check and apply
