Diploma in Education (D.Ed) in Special Education Mental Retardation is a two-year full-time diploma program offered by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and approved by the State Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training, Bhubaneswar, and approved by Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).


Eligibility Criteria

Candidates with At least 50% marks in Gen & 45% for SEBC/OBC, PH, SC & ST. in the Higher Secondary (+2) or its equivalent examination are eligible for admission.
