Boys Hostel
The college has separate student hostels in each of the campuses for men students. Furthermore, the hostels in the main campus are divided into hostels for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Gym
The college has a Gym facility for the students.
Library
The College library has a collection of over 14,000 books, 2,700 technical reports, 800 pamphlets, 5,800 bound periodicals and 4,700 reprints. The College receives 55 journals, of which 20 are international. The College library is acclaimed as one of the best Fisheries Libraries in the country. The FAO has recognized this library for inclusion of research abstracts in its publication ASFA. The library has a computerized access system.
Sports
The College is well-equipped with indoor as well as outdoor sports and games facilities.
I.T Infrastructure
The College computer laboratory is well equipped with 25 computers. It also provides the following facilities, such as Printing documents online/offline, scanning images, photos, and documents, Online communication, Database management, Networking, etc. All the PC’s are connected to the internet, which is kept open throughout the office hours for the benefit of both staff and students of the college.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.
Laboratories
The college has a department-based laboratory facility for the students.
Cafeteria
The College cafeteria is situated within the college campus. It is open for all and there is a separate seating arrangement for staff, students. All types of snacks, soft drinks, meals are available at subsidized rates. The canteen opens at 8 am and up to 6 pm on working days.

The college has a guest house/waiting room facility for visiting faculty and student family members.

here is the basic eligibility criteria to get admission in B.Sc fisheries

You should score minimum 50% aggregate in your 12th qualifying exams
Physics, Chemistry ,biology should be compulsory subjects i.e your subject combination in 12th should be PCB
there should not be any backlogs .

Bfsc means Bachelor's of fisheries science. This course gives you the knowledge about the biological activities of fishes and how to preserve them and market them. There are some colleges provide this course.
