College of Fisheries, Mangalore is the elite place of reference for studies and research in fisheries. The B.F.Sc programme is the flagship undergraduate course in the College of Fisheries, Mangalore. Admission into the course is purely dependent on merit. M.F.Sc has several specialisations including but not restricted to: Aquatic Environment Management, Fisheries Microbiology, Fisheries Engineering and Technology, Fish Processing Technology, and Fisheries Resources and Management.

Bfsc means Bachelor's of fisheries science. This course gives you the knowledge about the biological activities of fishes and how to preserve them and market them. There are some colleges provide this course.
