About Coorg Institute of Technology, Kodagu
Coorg Institute of Technology Kodagu abbreviated as CIT Kodagu was established in 1999 by the Kodava Education Society. It has received grade ‘A’ accreditation from NAAC and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). CIT Kodagu offers Bachelor of Engineering (BE) courses in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Cyber Security, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
CIT Kodagu is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi. To be eligible for BE courses, students require a 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Admission to CIT Kodagu is based on the performance of the candidates in the COMED-K/CET/JEE/College entrance examinations.

Good Infrastructure. it has ample computers in the Lab, and well-maintained equipment in other Labs and workshops related to different branches. Stationary, Library, Canteen, Physics and Chemistry labs for 1st year syllabus. They provide Hostels and buses for localities to commute
