The College facility provides hostel accommodation for boys students of the college. The hostel infrastructure is equipped with well-maintained rooms with basic amenities, ensuring a safe living environment. 

The College girls' hostel accommodation is equipped with adequate intake capacity with well-furnished rooms. The hostel rooms are divided, providing single occupancy, twin sharing, triple sharing, and quadruple sharing rooms, which can be chosen by the students as per their convenience. 

The College Library maintains a separate reference collection consisting of textbooks, rare books, reference books, project reports, encyclopaedias, dictionaries, directories, handbooks, general knowledge books, yearbooks, and competitive exam books like GRE, GATE, GMAT, CAT, IAS CRS. Print national and international journals, general and technical magazines, and newsletters are also available for reference. More than 100 students can be seated at a time in the reference section, which will be kept open from 9.30 AM to 7.30 PM.

The college provides various departmental labs for students, researchers, and faculty members to carry out academic and research work.

The College has a Wireless internet network, providing high-speed internet to its students and college members. 

The College facilities include the auditorium, which has adequate seating with audio-visual equipment, providing space to organise and host events, seminars, competitions, symposiums, conferences, and workshops.

The College Sports facilities of CIT Kodagu have provided spaces to carry out outdoor games such as badminton, basketball, volleyball, and table tennis, as well as indoor games such as chess and carrom.

The college has a 24-hour parking facility for college members to safely park their vehicles with round-the-clock security. 

The College Training and Placement Department at CIT acts as a connecting hub between the industry and the students. The purpose of the Training and Placement Department is to guide students to choose the right career and to provide the knowledge to meet the requirements of the industry. The training and placement cell at CIT is headed by the Training and Placement Officer and the departmental staff members as the coordinators.

The college Alumni Association originated with a promising intention of bringing all the Alumni under one umbrella and moving forward with single-minded dedication to contribute our best to our Alma Mater. This fledgling called CITAA was born to soar higher and higher to proclaim the fame of the Alma Mater at greater heights. The CITAA is constantly assisting the alma mater in terms of placements by arranging placement drives by Alumni HR. The association constantly organizes talks and seminars.
