Good Infrastructure. it has ample computers in the Lab, and well-maintained equipment in other Labs and workshops related to different branches. Stationary, Library, Canteen, Physics and Chemistry labs for 1st year syllabus. They provide Hostels and buses for localities to commute

The Coorg Institute of Technology is VTU-affiliated. Follows the guidelines, procedure and syllabus designed and provided by the VTU. The faculty are well informed about the industry standard. Internships, seminars and Projects are encouraged.

The campus placements can get better. However, they provide training for soft skills, guidelines to crack the interviews and technical and aptitude skills. The training can start a bit earlier. the average salary offered was between 15k to 20k

The course costs 60k to 90k per year. The campus placement is average, but the education provided is good. Extracurricular activities are encouraged. Several other projects like seminars and sports are also encouraged.

The campus is in a remote area and however, it connects to a town called Ponnampet which is 3km away from the campus. The buses to commute are provided by the institute and have good facilities like hostels, canteens, ATMs, stationery store, post office, sports and auditoriums.

Overall learning from the college was good and got opportunities like presenting the project in International level seminars and research. The curriculum can be better as the syllabus follows decade-old principles and processes. The hostels are provided for outsiders. The physics and chemistry labs are well equipped for 1st year syllabus. Overall learning and education system is well designed. The placement training can get better and should start early for the students to prepare for jobs
