    Datta Meghe College of Engineering, Navi Mumbai was established in 1988, to provide higher technical education to eligible students. The DMCE Navi Mumbai is accredited by NAAC and approved by AICTE as well as recognised by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra. It is affiliated with the University of Mumbai, Mumbai.

    DMCE Navi Mumbai currently offers a total of three degree courses which are BE, ME and Ph.D, which are available in various branches of engineering. The DMCE Navi Mumbai fees for the courses range from Rs. 1.44 lakhs to Rs. 3.94 lakhs. For BE admission, the applicant must qualify for the MHT CET/JEE Main entrance exam and for ME admission, they need to qualify for GATE/GPAT.  

    Admission to these courses is through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) of the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State (MAH CET Cell). Only the PhD applicants have to follow the admission rules of the University of Mumbai, which requires applicants to appear for PhD Entrance Test (PET), conducted by the university itself. 

    Datta Meghe College of Engineering provides various infrastructural facilities such as a library, medical facilities, sports grounds gym, and other such facilities. The DMCE also has a placement cell that caters to provide placement services and assistance to eligible students, who wish to seek employment after completion of the courses.
