DBS College, Kanpur Reviews on Infrastructure, Campus, Placement, Facilities & Faculty

Our college infrastructure is average, but a bit of work is required to bring it up to the mark. It had approximately more than 100 classrooms and very supportive teachers who support us in any possible way. Classrooms not have facilities which had to be. Living spaces not clean

The academic experience at the college is overall average and satisfactory. The curriculum covers the important concepts related to the course and provides a basic foundation for students. Most of the faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive, and they explain the subjects clearly. However, the teaching methodology can sometimes be more theoretical than practical, so students may need to put in additional effort to develop practical and industry-oriented skills.

In our batch, there is no placement for B.Sc students. It is not a professional course. We get a degree, and we have to choose in which kind of job we have to go to. In other courses, there is average placement in our college.

However, the overall value depends on the course and the student's expectations. The college provides a decent foundation, but students should not expect premium infrastructure, extensive industry exposure, or very high placement packages. Placement opportunities are available, but they can be limited, so students should also focus on building their own skills and exploring off-campus opportunities.

Overall, my experience was decent, with good academics and a simple campus life.Campus life at DBS College is simple and average. The campus has a decent environment, with sports and basic student activities. There are some events and opportunities to interact with classmates, but students should not expect a very vibrant campus life.

Overall, my experience was decent, with good academics and a simple campus life.

DBS College ka infrastructure average hai. Campus aur playground spacious hain, library aur labs useful hain, lekin classrooms, cleanliness aur modern facilities mein improvement ki scope hai. Neet better

BSc CS academics are average, with supportive faculty and a balanced curriculum. The course covers programming, databases, networking, and core concepts, but more practical projects and industry exposure would improve learning.

Not best for placement Placement opportunities average hain. Kuch companies campus recruitment ke liye aati hain, lekin opportunities limited hain aur package generally moderate rehta hai. Better placements ke liye students ko off-campus opportunities bhi explore karni padti .

DBS College is value for money due to affordable fees, decent academics and basic facilities. However, placement opportunities and infrastructure are average, so students should develop extra skills for better career opportunities.

Campus life at DBS College is simple and average. The campus has a decent environment, with sports and basic student activities. There are some events and opportunities to interact with classmates, but students should not expect a very vibrant campus life.

No

Average, placement are not given by this college and student have zero faith that they can get good placement and get good income source in that company no one recruits from there only empty building filled with lazy system

DBS college is a well Maintained and traditional campus building are clean and spacious providing a calm academic environment classrooms are ventilated and equipped with all the necessary facilities college is library is huge with lakhs of books and digital equipped labs are highly advanced update with latest version a dedicated seminar halls for events guest lectures and workshops

DBS is a government aid college doesn’t have a formal placement cell like other private universities but it provides a strong academic base for students for higher education and other exams college focuses on knowledge and better education policy that can help students for the better jobs in future

DBS college offers high quality education at a very affordable fee structure as it is a government aid institution the cost of education is minimal making it highly suitable for students from all the backgrounds access to experienced faculty decent infrastructure and a good academic environment at a low cost makes it a great value of money

DBS college is focused on the academics as well as the cultural fests and annual functions debates and competitions sports facilities are available cricket football basketball volleyball students can participate in college events focus on discipline cleanness and maintaining a peaceful campus helps students to focused on their goals

DBS College has some of the finest infrastructural facilities among the colleges of the region. The auditorium is well-lit and is frequently used for seminars, workshops, and cultural activities. The canteen provides hygienic and nutritious food and all the facilities are decent here.

The curriculum here is also very well-formulated to prepare students for a career growth . The teachers are very knowledgeable in their field of study and have a lot of experience to share in class. The teaching quality here is also very good with a lot of focus on research and critical thinking.

For DBS College MA students, there is no campus placement as the course is more linked towards academic and research growth. Higher studies, research work, or competitive exams are mostly chosen by most of the students after MA.

The infrastructure of Dayanand Brijendra swarop is very bad there were even no plaster on the wall. And there were no cleanness in the college campus even tobacco splits were everywhere in the college.

The curriculum were not updated nor proper teaching were given by the faculty as the teachers were always on leave but some of the teachers were regular but due to the absenteeism of the students they can't also teach properly.

As there were no placement cell in the college so i can't say the there were placement or not. The percentage of students passed their academic were very low because most of the student drop out their college and there were no placement from college side.

I have done my graduation from dayanand brijendra swarop and for that 3years i spend total 12k- 15k . So for that reason I can say it is a value for money college for those who want just a degree and don't want to get a job.

The college does not have any campus and hostel as it is only a day college so there were no hostel facilities available and the locality around the college is not really good. Faculties were just running at there own pace in the college.

Overall if you are looking for a college just to get a degree and does not want to attend the regular college going hustle then this is the best and cheap college you can get the admission easily with no entrance.

College infrastructure is okay but a bit work required to bring it up to the mark. The classrooms do have all required facilities which had to be there. Rest all things are well maintained and properly managed . The living spaces are very clean.

The teaching quality is average and can be improved, as fews teachers are very good and give lot of efforts to solve doubts and problems but most of the teachers are not teach properly . The curriculum is not updated as per recent developments so it's need to be update immediately.

Since , there is no placement for bsc students here , so I don't have an idea about placements . And as it's not a professional course , so in this we also get the degree and we have to choose in which kind of job we have to go or do.

Need a maintenance . Because the desk of colleges are not so clean to sit . Even the windows have dirt on them . Classroom are not well maintained and toilets are not hygiene so well . College needs a proper maintenance

Good in academics . I feel good and best of education given in the college .. faculty are so good . Well maintained and proper way of talking with the students . Teachers serve their way best to acknowledge the students .

I am persuing graduation from this college so I need not know much about the placement in the college . I don't know about the salary package offered . Yaa college is quite supportive . It's helps everyone and thier problems

My course cost the same as other colleges . Yaa I feel of getting my money worth it .

Yes, my college was having all the facilities. I was a former student. Those days the college was very particular about it's infrastructure. The libraries was well maintained and disciplined. Books for every course was available. There was sports ground. All the events used to be held on that ground. Laboratories were always kept in view. The necessary equipments required were available. Overall it was good. About the hygiene and cleanliness. College was always kept clean. Classrooms were tidy.

I was a student of msc Zoology and I have done my bsc from this college only. My main focus and interest was in biology only. About the quality of teaching, I must say this college comes under very good colleges of kanpur. The teachers were very focused and friendly.

About the placement, college do not seek any placement from outside. You have to apply for various jobs. Give the resume and wait for your placement. Placement stage was very hard for me. Average salary can be rupees 25000.

My course costs rupees 10600 per year nowadays. Earlier, it was less than this. I think the cost of education is good. It is affiliated with csjmu. So, this college respond in that manner only.

College life was wonderful. I must say campus was big enough. It was built in 90s so it's a traditional college. The rules and regulations are based on traditional outlook. Various events of sports and others used to be held. It lies in South region of kanpur that is govind nagar. It is safe and secure. Capable of handling all energies.
