Divine Law College, Meerut Admission Process

Divine Law College, Meerut, is a specialised institution imparting legal education. It is sanctioned by the Bar Council of India and admits students through a rigorous admission test aimed at getting those candidates who, on merit, are entitled to a seat in the full-time LLB programme of the college. The college in a rural setup at Maukhas, on Garh Road, provides a serene atmosphere suitable for the training of budding barristers.

The Divine Law College admission process is exceptionally competitive and is meant to select the students who will be able to sustain their present potential in legal studies. Though entrance exams of any kind are not mentioned, the merit of all applicable entrance examinations conducted from time to time is usually taken as the criteria for Divine Law College admission, along with the academic records, so that only such students can be brought in who have the basic foundations to stay robustly in the harsh environment of law

Usually, the Divine Law College eligibility criteria for getting admission into an LLB would follow the provisions laid down by the Bar Council of India, given that the candidates are expected to have gone through their 10+2 qualification under a recognised board. The college's endeavour to ensure high standards for legal education at the Divine Law College level is ever further upheld by its selective admission process with the aim of selecting students who can grapple with this difficult programme in law.

      Divine Law College Application Process

Admission shall comprise the following steps:

      • Announcement of Admissions: The commencement of the admissions process will probably be covered by the college through its official channels.
      • Application Form: Candidates interested in the programme shall duly fill an application form which may probably be available online as well as in the college campus.
      • Entrance Test: There is no confirmed information on whether an entrance examination will actually be held; however, the college may either carry out the test or give some consideration to scores for other pertinent entrance examinations.
      • Review of Academic Records: The college scrutinises and considers applicant records concerning the performance in 10+2 and any other relevant academic achievements.
      • Preparation of the Merit List: A merit list may be prepared for all eligible applicants based on entrance test scores and academic records, if any.
      • Counselling and Seat Allocation: Candidates shortlisted for counselling may be called for counselling, followed by seat allocation strictly in accordance with merit and availability.
      • Confirmation of Admission and Fee Payment: By way of payment of fees and compliance with all admission requirements, the successful candidates will have to confirm the seat.
      • Document Verification: Before the finalisation of admission, all the documents submitted will be verified by the college.

Divine Law College LLB Admission Process

A full-time three-year LLB programme with an approved intake of 120 students in that programme is being offered by Divine Law College, Meerut. Candidates are selected in the entry procedure who hold promise in the field of law. The particulars of the entrance tests are not given; it is presumed the college takes the relevant entrance law examination into consideration in conjunction with the candidate's academic achievements. The LLB programme is exceptional within the college and has an emphasis away from legal education. Entry into that course will be meritorious, with the cutoff set high for all incoming students.

      Divine Law College Documents Required

      • Mark sheets/certificate of 10+2
      • Birth date proof
      • Scorecard of any entrance test (if applicable)
      • Any other certificates or documents as specified by the college.

Providing the required documents is essential to gain Divine Law College admission.

      Academics

Academic standards are disappointing. Poorly trained faculty not experienced teachers. Outdated syllabus and lack of practice exposure and practical learning focused only on theoretical part. Not ideal for serious students. Also they asked money in legally at time of degree distribution although we have paid full fee for the course

      College Infra

Bad infrastructure with outdated facilities broken equipment and lack of maintenance absence of updated classrooms no updated labs good for getting only degree not for regular classes. Also they can provide degrees in return of money without attending regular classes

      Placements

Absence of placement, no facilities provided by the College. No company visited at our time. College makes big promises but fails to deliver on career opportunities. They provide not a good degrees also

      Value For Money

Not worth the fee we paid
