Admission Process
- All Candidates aspiring to take admissions are required for the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) and get their documents verified and confirmed at the Facilitation Centre.
- Only those students who have verified and confirmed their documents and having CAP merit number shall be eligible for admissions for all types of seats/quota.
- All admissions excluding Institute Level admission will be conducted through the Centralized Admission Process conducted by the Competent Authority.
Eligibility Criteria
Maharashtra State Candidature Candidates:
- The Candidate should be an Indian National;
- Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics or Biology and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the above subjects taken together;
- Should have appeared in all the subjects and should obtain a non zero score in CET conducted by Competent Authority.
All India Candidature Candidates:-
- The Candidate should be an Indian National;
- Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics or Biology and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the above subjects taken together;
- Should obtain non zero positive scores in NEET or the candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in CET and should obtain non zero scores in CET conducted by Competent Authority. However, preference shall be given to the candidate obtaining a non zero positive score in NEET over the candidate who obtained non zero scores in CET.
Direct Second Year (Lateral Entry):
For Maharashtra State Candidature Candidates and All India Candidature Candidates:-
- The Candidate should be an Indian National;
- Passed Diploma Course in Pharmacy with at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) from an All India Council for Technical Education or Pharmacy Council of India or Central or State Government approved Institution or its equivalent.
- Any other criterion declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.
