66 MonthsBachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) is a graduate degree awarded after the study of five and a half years duration, including 1-year internship, the course is offered by Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai, and approved by the National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH).
Eligibility Criteria
The Candidate must have passed HSC Pass (Biology, Physics, Chemistry) with NEET Qualified & 50% grade for OC and 40% for BC/MBC/SC/ST.
A candidate should have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or would complete the said age on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the first BHMS degree course.
Admission Details
Through NEET conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), followed by single window counselling of the Government of Tamil Nadu. Application for admission shall be made to the selection committee, Directorate of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy, Chennai.
