The candidates who have a Bachelor's Degree from any University / Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) with at least 45% marks in the major or aggregate. Relaxations up to 5% of total marks in respect of SC/ST candidates and up to 3% in case of OBC/MOBC candidates are allowed as per norms of the Bar Council of India. However, the applicants who have obtained 10+2 or graduation/post graduation through the open universities system directly without having any basic qualifications for prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission in law courses. Moreover, the minimum qualifying marks as mentioned above shall not automatically entitle the candidate to get admission into the College, unless the candidate fulfills other institutional criteria notified by the College at the time of admission.
