Dudhnoi College, Goalpara Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The College has separate, well-equipped hostels for Boys. Hostel rooms are on a twin-sharing basis. At present,t we have 80 seats for Boys and 80 seats for Girls. Each hostel has its own mess hall. Hostels are administered by Superintendents appointed by the college authority. The mess is managed by the boarders themselves under the supervision of the Superintendent.

Library facilities are available to all students and faculty members. Presently, our library has more than 20,000 books covering all subjects, including general studies and reference. In addition, one can access more than 9000 e-journals and 97,000 e-books through N-List (INFLIBNET).
The library has separate spacious reading rooms for students and faculty. It also has internet and a Xerox facility. The library is completely digitized and is presently working towards building audio-visual learning materials. The college library is open from 9 am to 4.30 pm on all working days.

The College has a large outdoor playground. Facilities for all sorts of outdoor games and sports are available. It also has an outdoor basketball court. A pavilion/spectator’s gallery covers one side of the field.

The College has a Computer Centre in the Department of Computer Science. Apart from this, every department has its own computer. the small separate computer lab is available in some departments based on requirements.

The College Canteen is managed by the Canteen Committee and provides balanced healthy food at reasonable costs.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The College has many classrooms equipped with modern audio-visual facilities. Well-equipped modern laboratory facilities are available in different departments for effective teaching-learning.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The college has separate parking spaces for students and faculty. There is enough space for visitors to park.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.

The college also has internet access and a Xerox facility.

The college also provides good classroom facilities for all the students.
