The Faculty of Architecture is one of the premier institutes established in the year 1976 at Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. As a constituent college located in the very city of Lucknow, it has passed over 40 years in shaping the future of architecture. The enrolment of students is a total of 313, with a faculty strength of 13, thus ensuring personalised attention and quality education to one and all in the college.

The facilities provided at the institute enrich the learning experience. A library with about 12,000 books and journals turns it into a powerhouse of knowledge for the budding architect. The flagship course is a Bachelor of Architecture with an intake of 80 students. Thereafter, there is a Master of Architecture program [M.Arch]with one each in Interior Design, Environmental Design, and Urban and Regional Planning. One can also do a Ph.D. in Architecture if one wants to take up research work in this college. All courses are full-time courses that ensure intensive and focused study in the field.
