Flora Institute of Technology, Pune is a private college established in the year of 2011. The institute is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. Flora Institute of Technology is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes in engineering and technology fields. Flora Institute of Technology courses include Bachelor of Engineering (BE) and Master of Engineering (ME). Candidates get enrolled in the courses on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examinations and entrance tests such as MHT CET and JEE Main. 

The college offers only full-time programmes and provides summer internship programmes for students to get practical exposure. Flora Institute of Technology has the recognition of the Government of Maharashtra. It is also approved by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE). FIT Pune has a separate Training & Placement Cell to initiate the placement drive for the students. The college provides good academic and academic facilities to the students including hostels, a library, a playground and the like.
