Yes, You can get a government seat in any government college but only if you perform good in NEET examination.  There is also a NRI quota that is applicable for NEET examination.

Your fee structure would vary according to the NRI quota norms fixed by the NTA association.

More importantly. cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no,of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
